Strawberry Puree Topping

Directions:
  1. Wash, dry, and remove greens from strawberries.
  2. Put in food processor or blender.
  3. Blend until liquidy with remaining strsawberry pulp.
  4. May want to add some sugar, sweetener, etc.
  5. Pour over Plain, Chocolate, or Strawberry Cheesecakes.

Chocolate Drizzle

Directions:
  1. One larger pot in a smaller pot on your stove top
  2. Place water in the larger pot.
  3. Then place on low heat.
  4. Stir the chocolate constantly until it is melted.
  5. The water in the bottom of the larger pot should not come to boiling while the chocolate is melting.
  6. Pour over Plain, Chocolate, or Neapolitan Cheesecakes.
